Rep Power: 0  |  problem with torrents hi guys i'm in a unique problem....i've a bsnl 500c plan....have been using it for quite some time...i had port forwarded it some time back and used to get a download speeds of 230kbps...this speed applied to both direct as well as torrents...but recently abt a week back ihave been experiencing problems with torrents.any torrent like tv show or other smaller torrents download at 170 kbps only if i download multiple of such files...and if i try downloading a movie speed reduces to 10 kbps...so please help with this problem...utorrent still shows tht my connection is port forwarded.... download stream upload stream SNR Margin (dB): 20.6 25.8 Attenuation (dB): 51.5 26.9 Output Power (dBm): 12.3 17.2 Attainable Rate (Kbps): 5719 1233 line rate 2045 511 Last edited by ragingdemigod; 10-01-09 at 09:32 PM. |

Rep Power: 1 |  Torrent speeds depends on a number of factors. The prominent among them is no of seeds. Your attenuation value seems a bit high. Get your line checked. |

Rep Power: 0 | i've tried downloading torrents with large seeds and relativey less leecher ...yet i got less speed for the movies...i'll try to give a shot at the attenuation as u mentioned... but if there do is an alternative then do pls notify.... |
