Hello Folks,
I am really fed up with these changes in the plans they make.
I recently gave an application to change my existing H-750 UL plan to H-500 plan.
This application was around 22nd or 23rd of September. And today(1st of Oct.) i come to know that they changed my plan to something like BB-500downloadspeed -Upto 2 Mbps.

Now the thing is i really dont know wht the F*** is this BB and why did they changed to BB instead of H-500 plan.

And the greatest thing is still i get the same old lame speed of 30kb/sec which i used to get in my H-750 UL plan.

Can some1 tell wht does this BB plan stands for and in what f***ing problem am i in???My speed is PAWND ..SCREWED COMPLETELY!!

Some1 help me asap...............i cant stay alive without late night downloads

BSNL changed plan names.

Dear Node incharge / Customers -- Here we want inform the existing plan names are getting renamed, as mensioned. Home 125 --> BB 125 , Home Combo 199 --> Combo 199 , Home Combo 299 ---> Combo 299 , Home 500 --> BB 500 , Home 500 C --> Combo 500 .

So Home 500 is now called BB 500.

Sometimes it takes few days (3-4 days) for new plan to get provisioned. So the speed would be the same as the previous plan until then.

Thanks buddy...............LOLz i was really pissed at the speed ROFL :P

BB500 is same as Home 500. It is just a change of name. Plan change happens normally on the first week. Go to data.bsnl.in, under my orders, enter the telephone no in the prescribed format and check the status of your plan.
