    You do not need to enter correct combination. Just enter your phone number in given format & leave other box (service user id) empty and then hit search order

    Angry my god.....huge bills from BSNL....hell with TCS

    The new billing system of BSNL is handled by TCS....
    the moment the billing system has changed the 1st bill I got is about 65% more than the one has to come........I think no body BSNL people has helped TCS people in getting the required information.

    I have gone to the main BSNL branch and gave a written complaint regarding this issue but there is no reaction.and even for the 2nd time bill also I got about 40% more.....what the hell is happening?????.....

    Default Connection Problem

    I have applied for Home UL1350 on 2nd of this month (October), on applying I told them I need a Parallel Connection to my Pc, They called me on 4th that my plan is activated.Today 13 October, they have not yet given me the parallel connection and asking them they told me my plan is started from 4 th!! that means I have to pay for wat I didnt used!! So I want to say all the new users please make these connection stuff perfect later get the connection so that U dont have to suffer like me.

    1.Do you have an old Telephone connection/number of BSNL ? _______________
    2. Did you apply for BB UL1350 for this phone ?_____________________

    3.Did you get a modem ( adsl) from BSNL?______________________( mention make)
    4.Did you get a UserID and Password ?____________________________
    5.Are you using your Own modem router /______________________( mention make)

    6.ANy Internal telephone extension is to be done by the
    customer/consumer.____________________________
    7.Nowadays BSNL will give you one point only.

    8.If you opt for Broadband Installation by BSNL with their modem
    you may have to pay additional Installation charges.______________________
    9.Connect the ADSl splitter/modem/ computer and use a dialer to connect.
    ( if modem supplied by BSNL )______________________________

    very very poor customer service, they mostly donot know any of the techinical details fully, i think they will say only the thinks that are thought in the training, very poor customer support. for example a lady customer support in bsnl saying that you have to use only 192.168.1.10 ip address only to your system if you use other ip address it will not work, i asked her i have 2 system in my home shall i use the same ip address for it, she says yes, the basic things are also not known to the customer support desk.

    Default BSNL gives the worst service

    Guys, BSNL really sucks. It gives the worst service among all the service provider. Neither its mobile phone network nor its broadband worth spending a single penny. I am fed up with its "network busy" problem I live in MP and using BSNL since last 2 years. Never got a good service. Thats why we made an abbreviation of BSNL- (Bhagwan Se Bhi Nahi Lagega). Never go for BSNL. Suck suck suck f***.

    On good servers I get around 62 KBps. Upload is around 30 KBps.

    Worst Customer Care in the world of Broadband, They receive your call only after 45 mins to 1 hour, That too if you are lucky enough.

    In my place they never attend the call. After trying many times, I call SSA exchange and solve my query.

    In my place they do sure attend the call, but they say to call to another number. When we call there, they give us another. And this goes through a full cycle and returns to the first number itself
    That's why I always contact the senior divisional manager directly.

    I mean you it right but is not 45mins to1hour. i actually called up the customer care and kept the receiver of my phone on the table and did a hell lot of things in 3 hours and i had forgotten to check if the customer care has picked up my phone so i just checked to find the music still being played and no customer care response yet
    Great bsnl always sucks
