    Arrow Complaints against BSNL

    Hi friends, many of us have lots of complaints against BSNL.
    Please let me know that which complaints do you have against BSNL.

    actually, i am suffering from frequent disconnection and poor customer care support.

    poor customer support i can say but disconnect issue is not from BSNL server.It has various reason ....may be modem issue,cut in cable,earthing problem....

    Most of times connectivity issue cause happen between pole to your system end If all these are fine very rare you face any problem.

    I use to get huge bills. Then shifted to UL 750. BSNL is yet to improve on customer care side.

    I have all of the complaints possible with BSNL...low speed, frequent disconnections, poor customer care as well as huge bill from last 2 months......Frequent disconnection is not regular...few days it happens 20-30 times an hour......other days it is as low as 1-2 per hour...

    Strange. Out of 15 voter only 10 complained about BSNL customer care.

    I am also quite surprised to see that BSNL Customer Care support is somehow reliable in some areas.

    But it is not our work to check cabling issues, its the duty of BSNL servicemen.

    Downloading speed: Getting almost the speed they promised in the plan and it's stable.

    Frequent disconnections: Never faced any disconnection problems. But have faced down times once or twice a year.

    Customer care support: The customercare service is really good. Most problems are fixed in minutes or few hours. And they are really helpful.

    Billing error: Happened once, but they soon corrected it.

    I think you are lucky one.
    But BSNL is on the side of improving its Customer Care Support.

    to me,BSNL customar care is worse.never ever they recieve my call rather it keeps on ringing

    downloading speed provided to me is not good too.

    I am sure you must know that BSNL Broadband and BSNL telephone both handle by BSNL separate department.
    If you are facing problem with cable ( Like earth,joint,cuts,carbon...) you can directly contact to telephone dept. as your lineman.Means if you complain to BSNL Broaband to these issue they also refer this to lineman so it may take time to process.Better you try to contact them direct.

    I complained many times in BSNL CC about my problem, but of no use.
    I doesn't matter who handles this responsibility but the LAZINESS at the BSNL's end.

    I have called them so many times & they said that your request is proceeding.

    It's still trouble. I have given request for plan change last month and it's still not changed. When I contacted the customer care, they said they haven't received any request. And the SDE said he forwarded it long ago. Now I don't know what to do.

    Keep calling them. Talk to the SDE and seek his assistance.

    I think its getting too late.
    Have you checked your orders in the BSNL portal?

    Default Poor service from BSNL

    Hi all,
    I have given a request for shifting my conn on 31st of august and till now the line man is not aware of the request.......when tried to contact line man his phone is always in a notrechable zone........it seems they dont work only......

    Make a personal visit to the BSNL exchange. Follow up using phone is not always useful.

    Bsnl customer Care is moderate.
    I think Customer Care is available only on working days and that to From 9:00 am to 5:00 pm only.
    The Cals Done after this time are mostly un answered (Keeps ringing).

    Presently I am suffering from frequent disconnection which I did not have from one Year.

    Regarding billing issue , till now its fine . But this month I have got a wrong billing Information.Details are posted here (Help me- Problem with Phone Bill)

    I called Customer Care and they said plan will change by tomorrow. Just checked the portal because of low speed and it's changed to Home-Speed512.

    Which one is your current plan, to which one are you changing.

    Is this the screen shot from data.bsnl.in ? If not please check the effective date and provisioned status under my orders.

    Combo 500 plus to 1350 UL plus. The screenshot is from the broadband password change portal.

    I tried checking it in data.bsnl.in portal, but I got "Sorry, No records found" error message. I think it's because I entered the service user id and telephone number in wrong format. I tried many combination, but none of them worked.

    My connection is also in 117.xx.xx.xx ip range.

    It seems your plan is actually changed. The format to enter telephone no is 80#25802222.

    Please check your usage details tomorrow and check if chargeable units is zero.
