|  youtube! i had 250 plan n got a huge huge bill...i downloaded <= 1 GB...but i used to watch vids on youtube,.....is that accounted for d download too |

Rep Power: 1  |  @screwed Yes BSNL calculates all data transfer as downloads. It can include browsing, watching videos, listening to music, checking email etc. Your username is apt for the situation |

Rep Power: 1 | @ screwed BSNL calculates your usage as download + upload. If we use internet just for browsing, it will cost around 15 MB per hour in your usage stats.
