    Thumbs up Disconnection problem solved

    Hi,
    people i m using 'Home combo plus' broadband of Bsnl. First i m using Unlimited plan than i have no disconnection problem:thumbup:. Than i change my plan to HCP. :52:
    Than i hav problem of DISCONNECTION frequently. It disconnect after downloading 20mb of data. than i search this forum you guys give So many idea to solve this but not HELPING:21:.
    There are so many people who also facing this problem. My bsnl exchange people change my port than i call server of bsnl(No. 1957) they reset my username and password

    what is your current speed ?And how you manage them for changing port ?

    I m getting DS about 230KBps
    i Have this problem in jan month
    than they ask lineman to change the port and if it works.
    so its working for me

    I too recently got my port changed. Not due to disconnection but net was not getting connected. It is not wise to believe BSNL hardware along with the customer care.

    BSNL should work this way if anyone has problem first they should refresh their port if it dont work then should replace the port.

    Then they should look out for line and modem.
