    HI guys!!

first of thanx for such a nice forum !!! i recently came across this and the site is really useful...

now my coming to my problem...

    my router is UT300R2U

my net connection is BSNL HOME 500C... i was manually dialing my broadband connection each time to get the internet connection in my laptop..

I was using BitTorrent client for downloads... i was having very good download speeds of 200+kbps...

But i got a problem recently...

I had problem with the manual dialling for internet connection.. each time there was some problem and i had dial many times(for 15~20 minutes) before connecting to internet. also the internet connection got cut sometimes...

this problem was there for 2 months.. after this a BSNL jto came recently and changed some router settings...

NOW, the problem is solved... now the internet connection starts automatically after i switch on the router...

BUT THE PROBLEM NOW IS I AM GETTING REDUCED SPEEDS IN MY Bit TORRENT.

there is a YELLOW WARNING ICON at the bottom of the torrent saying that "NO INCOMING CONNECTIONS"

<plz see attached image yellow icon.jpg>

i checked some of the previous threads in the forum... but still im not able to solve my problem...

my router page is not having any VIRTUAL SERVER tab as shown in those thread.. <plz see attached image router page.jpg>

also my my Bit Torrent client seems to have different options than those discussed in that thread... <plz see attached image bittorrent.jpg>

there were too many things in those posts that i could not understand...

So PLZ HELP ME OUT GUYS!!!

How do i change my port forward settings??

How CAN I GET BACK FULL SPPED IN TORRENTS??

    What should i do now??

hello meetdilip thanx for the suggestions...

the 1st link given by you doesnt match my router page....

the 2nd looked similar to my router page...

BUT MY ROUTER PAGE IS NOT COMPLETELY LIKE THE ROUTER PAGE given in your 2nd link...

    in my router page

    Device Info
    Advanced Setup
    WAN
    LAN
    NAT
    DMZ Host

    Security
    Routing
    DNS
    IPv6
    DSL
    Diagnostics
    Management

there is no VIRTUAL SERVER link under the NAT link...

my router page seems to be different...

<plz see the attached image no virtual server.jpg>
    what should i do now...??

check your system for viruses. maybe some virus been sending data over net so much. sometimes bittorrent clients slow down to give browsers some bandwidth

bresourceful The problem is your not getting the 200KBps download speed because of your Line speed are not the 2048Kbps which is 2Mbps.
In your screenshot the Download rate shows that your line rate is 1107Kbps which mean 1.1Mbps. For getting 200KBps download speed your Line speed should shows to you 2048Kbps or higher then it.
Only you can do from your side to increase your Line speed rate set your Router Mode to G.DMT. Uncheak all the Mode only select the G.DMT
You can fiend this option from Advance Setup --- DSL
If there is nothing change your Line Rate still shows 1Mbps then there is nothing you can do form your side to increase your Line Rate.
Remember for getting 200KBps downlod speed your Download Rate should be 2048Kbps and Upload Rate should be 256Kbps or bouth higher then it.

To getting the GREEN Icon in your Bittorrent Client then put your computer's IP addres to DMZ Host IP Address

    @bresourceful
If you are on Dialer Mode Advanced Settings
NAT Virtual server/ Port triggering options may not
    appear.
    1. Change to "Always On Mode "
    2.Try 192.168.1.1./main.html.
If your UT300r2U is an old model, ( not new type
supplied by BSNL ) probably you may get the
    Advanced settings.
My guess is based on IPV6 appearing on menu. items
    3. see these links.
    Menu pages almost similar.
