    Angry not able to get connected after 2 am in home 500 plan

    hi its been a week since i got my bsnl internet connection , its working fine during the dat time but im not able to connect to internet after 2 am im using bsnl type 2 modem nokia siemens 1600, my ip configuration is
    192.168.1.2 ip
    255.255.255.2 subnet
    192.168.1.1 default

    208.67.222.222 DNS
    208.67.220.220
    since im not able to connect at 2 am im not ablr to download anything big plz help me out guys, i noticed that the modem is unusually hot, is there a problem ?? i tried connecting the whole week, with /without scheduler.
    in the morning its connecting properly, but duting night the led for link in modem is blinking, the led for internet is not glowing at all. should i change the modem to type 1 ? or the problem is with bsnl local exchange ? is the traffic high at 2 a.m , is that why im not getting connected after 2 a.m ? plz some body help me.

    traffic high is not a issue.Check it out are you using in night normal power or some inverter.you can also ask from your friends if possible for modem for testing in night.I don't think so that in night they shut down connectivity.Once check with power and modem

    no i am not using inverter, but the modem is getting heated up very bad, can this be a problem ??

    its working fine in the morning though, but everyday im trying to connect from 2 am till 4 am , but im bugged... no connection at all.... should i try with another modem ??

    If you are not able to connect during Night Unlimited, it can be a server problem. Please check with your local exchange.

    You mean specially between 2-4 your modem got heated up..Better first try with another modem then you may proceed to BSNL office

    yesterday night i got same problum at 1:45 Am there is no problum with modem. After 1.55 Am modem disconnected i dont know what is the reason i tried I configured the modem again but it is not connecting but in the morning it is working fine :22:
