i have dna-a211-i modem on rent.MAN! too bugy.

i want a new modem.

I searched and liked the Siemens SL2_141.

plz tell its cost!

and yeah is it good or bad?

suggest me more if its bad!

Check whether you can get it from BSNL. It will be only Rs. 1600 + tax or Rs. 80 rent. Check with other exchange if not available at your exchange.

Dillip is advising "Ghutti" of BSNL modems to everyone who needs new modems.. and thats a good deal..

Is SL2_141 good modem?

If you purchase it from bsnl then Type II modem will cost 1600 + Tax, better option is to get one from bsnl cheap and reliable.

If you get UTStarcom WA3002G4 router then its the best i think which bsnl provides.

Other thing that you should keep in mind is that bsnl will give you the one which they have in stock or which they like.

you wont be asked to choose the best one out, until and unless you have someone to influence things over there.

buy BSNL modem because if u buy any other modem they dont help to config ur modem they provide only ip username & pass to u.
