Default Connection drops too frequently and very low Attainable downstream rate

My broadband connection gets disconnected frequently. And my router doesn't show the actual downstream and upstream rate that comes with the plan (H500). It should be 2042 but it'll show lower rate than that. I have been facing this problem from the last seven days. I got my line checked, replaced my splitter, but it remained same. Sometimes during that day when there is good light and clean sky then it functions normaly. But during night and when its cloudy, the connection drop rate increases. I even checked the broadband connection at the place where I work, even that show bad statistics, though its a far better connection than my house connection. I feel that may be it is because of whether, as the whether is very bad for the last few days, it always looks as if it is going to rain, but it doesn't rain at all. Has anyone faced similar problem in these last few days?

This is clearly indicate your line have problem. Cheak your Line means not only your line from your telephone to the pole. Pole to your telephone exchange also mean your Telephone Line. If there is some problem then you can face this troble.
When your ADSL get disconnect frequently and shows your Download rate below then 2048Kbps then cheak your SNR value.
