    Default Username and password is invalid

    for a week now getting this weird problem where while using the net it disconnects on its own and then when the windows dialer tries to reconnect it says that the username and password is invalid. with out me even changing the user name and password. so then i have to turn off the modem and turn it on again and then it starts working. i have the 500 plan and so as u can imagine i havent been able to download anything for a week. has any body had such a problem ?? i tried calling the helpline but havent been able to get thru.

    1.Always mention modem/model/make.
    2.
    Delete present "Dialer' AND create new one.
    3.
    Try " Always On" mode PPP/PPPoE ( enter USERID/PW
    in WAN page)
    4.
    Post ADSL data showing snr/attn line speed Mod selected.
    Post as jpg annexure picture here, or give data for d/l and u/l.

    I think you are experiencing error 678. May be a port problem at exchange. Talk to them.

    Delete the present dialler and create a new one. Post your SNR and attenuation values.
