I am using BSNL combo 500 from one & a half month, initially i was getting speed around 1.8Mbps with no disconnection. But, from last 2 weeks, i am badly suffering from low downloading speed (300kbps-600kbps) with frequent disconnections. (low SNR margin & high line attenuation)
I make complaint about this problem @12678 and they tell me that they will send lineman to our house, and they send but of no use. The lineman checks the whole cable and said that there is no fault & he cant do anything.
Then i make a written complaint & gives the whole description but now no one is responding. No one is picking up my phone. No call back from them.
What should i do?
Can i complaint to higher authorities or just wait around for their response.
