hi guys, i think someone has logged in to my bsnl account and has used it for the day which i was out (not from my pc).
since mine is a data plan, i want to stop this one again being used by an another person.
so, wanna know how to change the password of my bsnl account so that i can restrict others from using.......
    thanx in advance.

    1. Get Your Portal ID and Password from BSNL if you dont know. Note, Portal ID and UserID which you use to dail connection is different.
    2. Change your password
    3. check if your account is compromised by someother person using it by checking usage details
    4. To avoid it in future, give an application to BSNL for Port Binding. Once port binding is done, no other person will be able to use your account even if he know user name and password. Because your Telephone line is binded to Internet connection service on BSNL systems. Hence Net connection can only be turned on from your line.

    Hope this helps.

Talk to the Senior Divisional Engineer (SDE) and lodge a complaint. If the usage is not through your modem the Mac ID will be different. SDE can easily find it. Do you use a wifi modem. If yes, secure with wireless encryption.

Request for port binding to avoid further misuse.
