Thread: Bsnl broadband change of plan

[B][I]hmn.......all the master nuts are welcomed. i am using bsnl's home combo 500+ plan till last year of august . now i changed to home ul 750+
i call to call center and confirmed that my new plan has been active tought i see also in my portal that home ul 750+ is provisned .
i did nt take any other plan from that connection bcz all have mobilez...
so clear how much i paid for my first bill and then normally Monthly bill ..

plz yaar help me i have 750+taxes only no rent no other plzn

You will be charged one month's rent as advance.

nopes yaar....i talk wid my cosuin which has also changes his plan combo500+ to ul750 he has not get any deposit he gets first month bill of 830 rs only....
and i do not apply for new connection see 1 clause of tariff that deposit shuld take only from new broadband users....

When I changed from Home 250 to UL 750, they charged me 1500 rupees. One month rent + one month advance.

one more query i aplly for home ul 750 on 14 oct. and they tell me that we apply ur plan till 7 days. i call customer care and confirmed 3-4 times. now i am also getting speed og 35 kbps and also usage are shown 0. but data are shown
like happy hours..so i think my plan is activated they also provisioned the home ul750 plzn from 21 oct. in my portal and last plan home combo is closed..

It seems your plan is really changed. Go to data.bsnl.in, my orders, enter the phone no in the prescribed format and check for effective date and status as provisioned. What do you mean by " data are shown like happy hours ". A bit difficult to follow your English.

yaa it is showed that plan is Provisioned and service effective date is 21 oct. and previous plan is closed
