BSNL iS BLOCKING : IPTorrents.com (as @1:37AM 26 oct 09) 100% sure. I first thought I was being paranoid but, when I was able to open iptorrents through a "CGI_PROXY" WAAAH...it opened magically. Rep Power: 2 | I use BSNL amd I am able to connect to iptorrents without a problem now ..yeah..at the time u have metnioned there were some routing issues from BSNL's side which was experienced not only with iptorrents but even with major sites like yahoo. |
