    Angry bsnl blocking torrent sites?

My usage is 200-205 GB PER MONTH(upload and download) with BSNL home 500 plan.
90% traffic is through IPT torrents.
    BSNL iS BLOCKING : IPTorrents.com (as @1:37AM 26 oct 09)
    100% sure.

I first thought I was being paranoid but, when I was able to open iptorrents through a "CGI_PROXY" WAAAH...it opened magically.

For those who dont know how to use a proxy for torrents : http://www.indiabroadband.net/sify-b...broadband.html (Torrents not working on sify broadband)

Just out of interest! Does Bsnl broadband specify in their contracts that they do not allow torrents?

Waa!!! Thank you for giving that link to the thread for those who do not know how to use a proxy for torrents. If I only knew you know how to, I would have asked help from you for a long time since I'm having the same problem with a certain site.
