Thread: while using the phone cant use net??????

hi.........
from last 1 week whenever using the internet....and if in this duration i use bsnl landline phone the signal of internet are not visible by which not able to use internet.........
is any solution????????????????/

Ensure all Phones are connected AFTER the ADSL splitter.

Mention details of your adsl modem/router model/make.
The ADSL splitter may need replacement.
Filter circuit only in Phone side.( Due to fault :loss of BB signals )

meetdilip n essbebe thanks for this but i m using diffrent-2 line terminals for phone and the modam.i have a seprate terminal for this modam so there is no use of splitter.now what to do.

If you decide that there is no Use for the ADSL splitter, we cannot help.
Did you study the pictures large size and small size posted by me and @meetdilip ?

Your Phone Junction 1 ; ( say In room
No 1 ) computer room
connect Modem directly.
NO PHONES allowed. ( NO splitter to be used )

Your BSNL PHONE Junction No 2 ( say IN First floor or room No 2 )
CONNECT with a Rj11 cable to LINE PORT of ADSL splitter.
From PHONE port Another RJ11 to your phones. Keep MODEM port Unused.
for nAll other phones use ordinary Phone splitters.
How many Phones in Use ?
