    For this you need a load balancing router.

    Why you have took two bb connections?
    Do you have two pc's?
    If yes use connection separately & download lot.... if not forget about it
    because load balancing router do trick for you but they are expensive & rare to find in India....

    Do you have two modems ?
    connect each modem RJ45 to separate Lan card.
    Keep both Modem's on and USE "Dialer" mode
    to connect either of them.
    For a single computer only a Single ISP's BB
    connection can be made.
    Speed will not add up.
    If different ISP's if one fails other can be dialed.

    2. with only one modem , cannot be used for same ISP

    .Give feedback.
    3.
    computer. ( NOT tried by me for LAN)
    BSNL BB1 /adslsplitter1/modem1/ userID1==>> computer LAN1
    BSNL BB2/adsl splitter/modem2/UserID 2 ==>>> computer Lan 2
    Enter in dialer ID and PW to connect to either BB1 or BB2

    Through a single WLAN card, I can select my own ISP or
    some otherISP 'or same )unsecured WIFI
    ( my modemWIFIrouter not required)to my laptop.
    ( if available.one or more Isps).
