today i got sms from BSNL that u r freeusage is exceeded ,...but when i checked my account it shows 2256mb used...!! whats the limit for usage...i have bsnl 500 plan 2.5gb limit one!!! plz help me...

i have two connections...reliance and bsnl...

BSNL portal updates late. May be you have already crossed 2.5 GB limit, but still to update on portal. Wait for a day or two and check the portal again. It will be wise to stop using net using BSNL connection to avoid extra bill.

it shows 2269.18

You have a free usage limit of 2560 MB. BSNL does not update the billing server upto 8 hours after we used it (sometimes it is updated after few days). I suggest you to stop using BSNL during daytime and use it only for night unlimited. By the way is this your first month of BSNL? If so, you don't get full quota of free usage

Have you registered for sms alerts from BSNL ? Which circle are you from ? Is this your first month ?

Try talking to customer care and try to find out the reason behind the sms.

yes i have registered for sms...i m from nashik...today i got sms from them...
