i m frm bangalore...

i applied for unlimited broadband plan of bsnl some 2.5 months back..but till now no one has turned up to establish the connection. anyone can tell me what should i do? if anyone has some customer care number or anyone from bsnl number please give me...

better go to the local exchange of your area and enquire about your application.

Did you applied online ? It is better to make a visit to your local exchange and check.

no i did not applied online...ya maybe i'll have to go to exchange only...once i went to them but no one was there and when one one came he asked me the locality where i live and told me "wahan time lagega"...

It appears, you have not given any application for a
Broadband connection , to CC , nearest Exchange.
If you had applied in WRITING and got a reference
number, ( or got an acknowledgement )
can be taken up online
at Bengaluru BSNL/or AllIndia On line.

If you want you can apply in the the Nearest BSNL
shoppe. But don't make any payment in CASH.

i think BSNL franchise dont take any money at the time of applying, they just accept form and documents, they are payed by BSNL.

It may be due to non-availability of equipments ((( This is what the officials said when i applied for BB))).--((1st time - I got connection in 42 days ))--((But when i reconnected recently, they just took less than week to give BB connection))

*** Have direct contact with JE ***Meet him in person n enquire frequently about the connection status***Calls may be ignored***

***Forget about the customer care officials , who forgets ur problems**
