    Unhappy a different usage detail issue

    dear members, me from rajasthan, and i have H500 combo plan. and my username is on (abc@bsnl.in) form.
    till now my usage details were getting updated. But since 13th Oct. usage details at data.bsnl.in, it is not being updated.

    13th oct is the last updated usage details shown up there. now its whole month getting over and no update at the portal. There is no problem in logging in to the portal nor i changed in the password.

    i dont know wats the matter with it.
    please tell me what can i do... i m worried for my usage limit and the upcoming bill, as i never exceeded the free usage.

    does any1 facing the same kinda problem...??? :48:

    Default Usage portal 14 digit ID forgotten !

    substitute your consumer no instead of "12345678"
    Check Billed August Usage. ( tested now Saved as Excel document )
    Then try October 2009. .
    Type in Browser address bar ( No space for http)

    no use buddy.
    as i told u tat usage details are being displayed without any issue.
    but the problem lies is, that these details are not being updated of my account.
    i tried it to chek with the web client of Web Registration for Usage Alerts But this is also showing the usage till the date of 13th Oct. as it is showing in the portal.

    Check "My Orders"
    Always use a B/W meter not dependent on
    Bsnl Usage portal for own check daily.
    TRY
    Shaplus 1.3 or ( test next month's usage)


    Tautology Bandwidrth meter.(..... do )

    Or

    use FireFox Browsewr Add On DataFox
    Usage data recorded by BSNL Portyal is official and final.
    Use SEARCH box above for links.

    There is nothing you can do but wait or talk to some at BSNL. From now onward use a bandwidth meter like Shaplus.

    today, i got an sms from bbusage.bsnl.in website service indicating my usage of this month. here this message goes like this:-

    Broadband usage Weekly Alert:
    Dear Customer, the broadband usage for the account (xxx@bsnl.in) is 376 MB on 29/10/2009 00:00hrs. - BSNL Broadband


    what is being mentioned in this message is usage till 13th Oct annd i know i have used around 400MBs more approx. (guess work).

    Im in complete delimma .... as to what is happening in my account.

    Now you guys won't believe as to what BSNL people did with my account......

    as u must have read in the topic that my usage details were not updating in the account usage portal.
    Now the usage details have been uploaded on the portal for OCTOBER month.

    the surprising thing is that, they ignored all my brodband usage from 14th Oct. - 28th Oct. i.e. for 15 days.... and i have been billed for 1st - 13th Oct and from 29th - 31st Oct...which comes to only 499 MBs (comes under free usage limit).

    All my heavy usage during diwali greeting season went lost ...hehehehe..... Isn't like cause for a big bash party.....???? :-)
