If you want to change your bsnl password just log into bbservice.bsnl.in website and there you will find options for changing the passwords, through that you can change any of the portal and broadband passwords..........enjoy

if it would have been for newbies then you could have elaborated the full process with proper steps if possible with screen shots making it more simple for a layman to understand, then it would be appreciated. :thumbup1:

To complete the thread:
For users with abcd @dataone in Ip 59.xx.xx.xx
PW to be changed at say
10.240.43.216
and many more .
Current IP Check
2. For users with ID abcd @ bsnl.in
Ip address 117.xx.xx.xx
Use 14digit Portal Id and default PW password
( to be obtained from Exchange)
log here BSNL Portal
NO other web site available.
Your UserID/PW cannot be used to log in here.

most of us try to give correct info
after cross checking the links/websites.or give
the SOURCE to enable cross checking.
If you had accessed bbservice.bsnl.in
please post a screen shot.

CAUTION
If you change PW also ensure it is changed in the
Adsl modem WAN page, if you are not using "Dialer" mode.

go to data.bsnl.in and there u 1st log in and then u can change ur password
