bsnl bill problem

    Default bsnl bill problem

    here i was using homeplan250 last month on 3rd i have given application to 750ul
    but thery activated on 11 sept,now they given bill like this-
    bsnl deposit due-1250
    paid=500,=750
    brdbnd plan change instalation fees -250
    bb plan change to h-750
    fxd -83.33 to 10/09/09=83.33
    bb pln change to h-750
    mr=20 to 10/09/09
    brdband usage-200909 8248
    2408 multiply0.00-discount15%=1842.12
    brdband fixed:month200909=500
    and bill is 4544 rs only
    i didnt understand how come kindly guide me what to do i have not paid them?

    Appears to be a NEW connection.
    For 1/3 of the month in Sept under Home 250 your
    free usage is limited to approx 10x 34MB/day= 340 MB.
    Above this has been charged.
    Under U/L750 usage from 11th Sept to 30th Sept FREE.
    Post : Total BB usage and Chargeable Summary details on top,
    and confirm usage since 11th shows as 0.

    BSNL Portal with 14 digit portal ID and PW.

    brdband usage-200909 8248 ( * is this total usage for the month ?)
    2408 multiply0.00-discount15%=1842.12
    (* multiply by 0.00 typing error ?)

    no i am using broadband home plan250 since 3years constant had no problem earlier now in 1-11 sept mid my usage is 739951kb according to them.and that was 0.00 only printed on bill,what to do?help me

    Current IP Check
    If your Ip is 59.xx.xx.xx id abcd @dataone.in
    go to dataone.in portal
    and select old usage site. at right hand side top.
    http://10.240.0.195/
    LOG IN WITH userid and PW.
    Check billed usage for September 2009.

    UR USAGE AS MENTIONED - 8248 MB - 8.054 GB

    (SUB FREE USAGE IN 250 PLAN )- 7.054 GB

    FOR 1 GB ADDITIONAL USAGE - Rs. 921.60 (since 1MB - Rs. 0.90)

    ==> so check out ur usage (billing month) till the last day of ur 250 plan....

    Check your Usage for the period 1st to 15th
    BSNL Portal ( if user ID is abcd @bsnl.in)
    Log in with a 14digit portal ID and default PW password.
    If usage after Sept 11th is shown as billed instead of 0
    you can talk to A.O with print out of usage data.
    ( if your user ID is abcd @dataone.in check at 10.240.144.195)

    yesterday i went to meet tdm as suggested by bsnl help line1500,there after meeting i came to know my dataone.in portal shows 805.5mb usage which minus 341.5mb,appx 505.26mb extra usage from 1-9-09 to 10-9-09.and from there department it shows 2.1gb download in 10days.which is wrong they told they will rectify and sort out ?what should i do?now

    @nitin
    If they have accepted their fault and told you that they will correct the bill then you have nothing to worry about and just wait for them to rectify the bill. I was similarly worried when I got my first excess bill but after 4 wrong bills, now its just a little inconvenience but nothing to worry about. If you pay excess, they will credit the amount in your next bill.
    P.S. Are you by chance from Hyderabad?? BSNL is updating its billing servers in Hyderabad and many people faced similar problems.
