Whether you are in NIB1 or Nib2 your DynamicIP
changes everytime you connect and disconnect.
    Current IP Check
The BSNL Gateway may remain constant.
Check Device Info in your modem.

If you have problem with BSNL 117.xx.xx.xx
You have to change the ISP!
Probably you are banned in some sites

    Update: 1730
If your present IP is 59.xx.xx.xx
then you can surrender the connection ID abcd @dataone in
Again ask for a new BB connection.
    You will get 117.xx.xx.xx user ID abc2345678 @ bsnl.in

They won't entertain changing NIB request. You can still try.

i am back after so many days , because of stupid BSNL services ,

I had tried my best to shift the nib server to multiplay but no use they dont understand a bit of that , that was fine , i opted for plan B , i had surrendered my internet connection next day (hoping i could get online within a week or at the most 10 days ) but when it got disconnected (and i applied for new plan meanwhile ) the ports were not availeble

i had to wait 20 days for the port to become availeble , i was happy to see adsl link again but to my horror , they havent activated my account yet , another 5 days for the generation of username and password ; and when they did gave the username password it didnt worked , another 2 days for the "so called technical experts to fix the problem " i got my net connection active , but to my surprise , its still NIB1 (59.95.xx.xx)

Finally i have opted for plan C i had applied to BSNL IPTV service which "indeed" needs multiplay in order to work. i have deposited 1786/- Rs to their department and waiting for someone to come , or connection to be magically converted to nib2 .

    lets see what happnes .

max_demon I dont know from where do you get this information that if you apply for IP TV then if you are in NIB 1 shifted to NIB 2. This is wrong thought you have.

What wrong with your NIB 1. Are you not satisfy with the download speed or what
can you please mention what speed do you get from the NIB 1

If anyone thinking that I am getting 200KBps to 215KBps download speed in NIB 1 shifted to NIB 2 will get better speed then that then he or she will be wrong.

If you looking for the NIB 2 then you have to go to your main office of BSNL in your City or your near BSNL exchange and meet the DE Internal and tell him/her why do you need the NIB 2. If the NIB 2 DSLAM slot available there then the DE will ask you to fill up the Broadbad Form for the broadband connection and meet with him/her after the work order report will come. In this way you will get your desire connection.
