Thread: full details of 500 plan,how to check the usage, and other details

this thread which helps to new members .basically i am using 750 ul plan, i want to change 500 plan.pls provide full information about 500plan, ofcourse there is lot of thread like tat, but this one provide full details of various 500 plan.what are the precautions should be taken while using any 500plan

1) is there any software required to check the data usage limit?
2)is there any software required at night time ie 2 to 8, while system automatically turns on and it will continue the downloading process.
3)how to avoid extra usage b/n 2 to 8 due to vary in server time
4)how much billing will come per month
5)how much speed ie download and upload speed in day time and night tiem(2 to 8)

There r three plan in this category ..
1) 500
2)Home combo 500C
3)Home combo 500C+

1) No software required for Data Usage limit. Jst go to ur BSNL account in dataone.in broadband check usage there u have to login with ur Account...

2) No software required While Downloading..... But ha if u r dwnloading smthng from torrent ..then u need Utorrent or Bittorrent software they r easily available ....free

3)Alarm

4)As per Plan charges +service tax....

5) Speed is upto 2MBPS ...i.e ..wen i had 500C plan i got Appro ... 180 KBps To 200 KBps

You cannot trade free calls in exchange of bandwidth.
