I tested the reboor script and it works fine.

I am in a PPPoE mode, where i dont dail any connection. Its dailed from router.

In PPPoE mode, connection is dailed from router..you just need to switch ON the router.

In Bridge modem, you have to dial a connection from windows OS.

lolzzz after checking those topics, i opned a new thread yaaar

1st link talks about script STRICTLY FOR DSL-502T ROUTER .
2nd link mentions about Imran's tool of which i want to know is it reliable or not ?
3rd link talks about Bridge mode which i dont want to use

Again my question is same...and i want views of those users who use home500 plan + are in pppoE mode...what method they use..i dont want to do a try and error method and get 100000000 rs as bill from BSNL :P

So rather than reinventing a wheel again, let me just know what you people use so that i can experiment it with it for few days with my current home ul 750 plan and then i can shift to home500 plan.

Until switching to bridge mode, I also didn't want to use it....... Now I feel very much at home using bridge mode......
Even downloading from rapidshare(free account) is a cool affair these days.........

If you are still adamant to be in pppoe mode, try Imran's utility or something.....
Personally I found it very difficult to configure...... In bridge mode the whole thing takes less than 5 minutes to setup................
