Thread: How Can I Get My User ID & Pass word

Hi,
I Misplaced my User ID & Password & Unfortunately my Brother Deleted the user ID of BSNL Internet connection How can I get it so can enjoy the Internet facility again.

♦ You should always keep the letter that BSNL sent containing the details of userID & Password. If you dont have it, contact customer care (which is a pain in the a**). You may want to visit the local office and talk physically.

♦ If you remember your userID & password but lost the connection settings, you need to create a connection from Control Panel-> Network Connections -> Make a New Connection.

call or meet SDE in exchange..prove your identity and they will give you your User ID and Password.

Go to your local exchange. They keep it in their records. Ask for

1. User name and password

2. Email ID and password

3. Portal ID and password.
