Hope they have told you that its with FUP. i,e upto 25GB of Usage, speed will be up to 1mbps and then its back to 256kbps. This on Per Month Basis.

1 Mbps upto 25 GB, 256 Kbps beyond 25 GB

Eg. If in Month of December, you used 25GB in 1 week, then for rest of the month i,e till the month ends, you will get speed of 256kbps. Once next month starts, again you will be on 1 mbps line...

and yes its applicable all over.
The only problem is the retarded speed of 256 kbps... i wish they had kept it at 512kbps atleast.....becasue , in Home UL 1350 you get 512 kbps with out any FUP

As mentioned above there is a usage limit of 25 GB, after that the speed will be 256 Kbps.

But offcourse, its clearly mentioned on their site aswell !! Although its as sick as a dead duck, but atleast finally they've woken up from the coma that they were from past year or so !!! These BSNL A***** can only do such goof ups !!

Anyways if you take a positive out of it,it is atleast good for that 25Gb which can be used !! else the same 25Gb would take forever to download !

Also they're giving 250 calls free (not mins calls) so thats something too isn't it ?? Am using UL750 from the day it was introduced and Am getting a monthly bill of around 1100/- so that includes the calls (coz in the regular plan they only offer 50 free calls) so the extra 400 can somehow be managed ! The same might apply to all the UL750 users !

So although this is worst but have to take it with a pinch of salt and move on !!

    Regards.

at my frnds place he tried to move from business 3k to home combo 1499. but BSNL says its not technically feasible.......my a**...my frnd got business 3k long bak in 2005, coz there was very little scope for home plans than business at that time. its blackmailing by BSNL. they intentionally do such stuff to engage more business plans.

To add to this discussion, I'd like to state that although these plans had been announced around Diwali, the BSNL officials in many circles (in gujarat) are still not aware of these plans. I have been talking to a couple of officers, but they have no idea.
Funny that BSNL provides such an extensive network, yet their officials are not fully informed.
What we expect from BSNL is that atleast all circles should be informed, and secondly, they should provide enough support to ensure reliable copper lines. It seems that they find it acceptable that most of their underground wires lack proper continuity. How will those 24mbps plans be implemented is a great mystery..

I just dialed 1500 to switch my plan from 750 to this one but they told that it is for P2 customers. And when I asked who are P2 customers, once this person (Samuel) told that people whose password is not "password" are p2 customer and after sometime the person (Samuel) told that p2 customers don't have underscores in their login name.

Can you believe it? How weird can it be?

Go to data.bsnl.in , my orders, enter your phone no in the prescribed format, check the order status and effective date. Check whether it is provisioned.

25 GB / Month on 1 Mbps , LOL , I do close to 200 GB/Month on the Explore 1099 Plan By Airtel [384 Kbps Day / 1 Mbps Night - Unltd - No Cap - Discontinued Plan]

Here is a better plan from Airtel

    FREEDOM 1699

    Cost - 1699

    Speed - 1 Mbps Till 100 GB 512 Kbps After 100 GB

Is anyone reading this !!! FUP is being gladly accepted by all ISP's so there's no way around it , but 25 GB , common !!!

Here Is a Screenshot of my uTorrent Traffic
