    Default Help! I can't upload or download files

    Hi all. I have been using BSNL broadband unlimited since last year. The speed started becoming slow since September 2009. Now it turns to the worst. I have not been able to download or upload big files since yesterday. I have deadline to upload files. Please help!

    1. Do you have a firewall ? Turn it off and try.

    2. Reset your modem and reconfigure you settings.

    3. Please mention your modem - model and make
