Default net disconnected while phone rings.. even after changing splitter!!!

    hi friends !

i use BSNL broadband.. purchased type II modem...

    net speed 256 kbps...

i use the same line for voice calls also...

When i'm browsing net, if i receive any voice calls (phone receiver) , the net is disconnected{{redial option displayed}}...<<<this happens even if my phone rings and i'm not attending that voice call>>

I EVEN GOT A NEW SPLITTER FROM BSNL AGAIN. BUT THE SAME PROBLEM PERSISTS

My doubt is "THE CABLE I HAVE CONNECTED B/W THE MAIN TELEPHONE PORT ]((THAT CONNECTS TO THE POST OUTSIDE)) AND THE line port in the SPLITTER

I BOUGHT THE CABLE FROM A NEARBY STOR FOR SOME REASON... BUT THERE AE NO PROBLEMS OTHER THAN I MENTIONED IN RED COLOUR ABOVE..

If possible give me the details of the cable that are to be used ....

    plz do reply

    thank u

IF SUPPOSE I'M UNKNOWINGLY USING SOME OTHER CABLE OTHER THAN RJ11 FROM Phone Junction >>> to Line of ADSL spltter, ""Whether there are chances of malfunctioning {{like the problem now i'm facing }}, or whether there won't be any functioning...

    {{Sorry for confusing line}} .. the thing is i'm not sure what cable i'm using from Phone Junction >>> to Line of ADSL spltter {{as i already said i bought it from a local shop earlier}}

Are there ways to identify , {{physically}}, what cable we are using ??

    reply plz,

    thank u

    1. All Connections are made to the ADSL splitter
with a 2wire telephone wire called RJ11 and the
    connector is small in size.
    Use short cables.
2.Post here ; jpg screenshot of your modem's
    Statistics/ ADSL page.
3.What is the present telephone Model you use ?
If set up is as per diagram given earlier, try with another
    telephone.
