Rep Power: 1  |  How to check BSNL usage? ww.data.bsnl.in/wps/portal I go the above site enter my portal-id and password and then get sent to some other website called "portal 6.1" rather than the usual one. I dont know how I can navigate from there to view my usage details... any ideas??? |

Rep Power: 4 | Go to data.bsnl.in and once you log in to the portal using your 14 digit Portal ID, click My services. You will be asked to select the month for which you want to see the details. Hope this will be of some use 3 Ways to Check BSNL Broadband Usage Details |

Rep Power: 1 | I can log in fine but it doesnt take me to the right site I get taken to another BSNL site called "portal 6.1" here I cant find the my services link. |

Rep Power: 4 | 1. Please check your IP address here. What Is My IP Address? - Lookup IP, Hide IP, Change IP, Trace IP and more... Confirm whether it starts from 117.xx.xx.xx or 59.xx.xx.xx 2. Download the web client from bbusage portal. 3. Complaint to Senior Divisional Engineer (SDE). |

Rep Power: 1 | I'll wait till tomorrow and see the site was opening just fine a week back today I checked and found a new site  I'll call the customer service or the JTO. |

Rep Power: 4 | Which state ? May be somebody from your state can tell you if it is happening to them. Only you are getting a new site. There are two other methods to keep track of the usage. Please see the link I gave. |
