I go the above site enter my portal-id and password and then get sent to some other website called "portal 6.1" rather than the usual one. I dont know how I can navigate from there to view my usage details... any ideas???

Go to data.bsnl.in and once you log in to the portal using your 14 digit Portal ID, click My services. You will be asked to select the month for which you want to see the details.

I can log in fine but it doesnt take me to the right site I get taken to another BSNL site called "portal 6.1" here I cant find the my services link.
1. Please check your IP address here.
What Is My IP Address? - Lookup IP, Hide IP, Change IP, Trace IP and more...
Confirm whether it starts from 117.xx.xx.xx or 59.xx.xx.xx
2. Download the web client from bbusage portal.
3. Complaint to Senior Divisional Engineer (SDE).
I'll wait till tomorrow and see the site was opening just fine a week back today I checked and found a new site
I'll call the customer service or the JTO.
After I enter portal id and password and click "login" I get this website
Strange! Which place are you from ?
Talk to the customer care and tell them to check the usage for you. Let us see if they are getting the same website.

I am from India.
I got the correct website last week but today I checked I got this one after logging in.
Which state ? May be somebody from your state can tell you if it is happening to them. Only you are getting a new site.
There are two other methods to keep track of the usage. Please see the link I gave.

I am facing the same problem and I'm from Hyderabad too...can't see usage from 4th of this month....Usage website is not helpful.

All the browsers give the same result already cleared cache and history still no luck, getting the other website after clicking login.
@essbebe- the link you gave worked but I can see the usage only till 4th nov usage after 4th isnt available.

confirmed with a test Id. at BSNL Portal
Is there any difference in the usage TOTAL ?
if you log in direct with PortalId/PW etc.
The annexure is for some other ( portal ID not known)
user's with account number:check listing upto 12th November.
Mine is 59.xx.xx.xx .
Use local BW meters to keep track of usage. from today.

Yes the usage details have been updated but the site problem hasnt.
I think there are rolling out a new site...seriously they should hurry up with it, its such an inconvenience.
