    Default Can't Upgrade to UL1350 because paid adavnce of UL750

    Hello
    Currently I have UL750 plan. I want to upgrade to UL1350. I visited BSNL office. They told me I can't upgrade to UL1350 as I have paid early charge for UL750. Is there any way to get UL1350 ?

    u can upgrade to a higher plan any time you want. what you mean by paid early charge for UL750 ?

    I think they are misinformed. You can switch to UL 1350 and they will adjust the balance amount in your next bill. Talk to some senior person. You can try Nodal officer or Appellate authority. Address and phone no the back side of your bill.
