    All can send ONline complaint.
    http://mis.bsnl.co.in/pgs/internet/pgwebregn.asp
Post remedial action taken by your Exchange. ( if any )
Back up your complaint with technical data about
    snr attn modem details etc.
Post the Jpg picture at tinypic.com and give the link.

    @talktoanil
i had made a long draft 1 month ago and old Admin promised me to send that to 60K+ members. But the very next day, New Admin came and i dropped the topic too
You want him to send the petition to 60,000 members by e mail ?
or post it here like the POLL ?
when, at any period of time not even .1% are active in the BSNL forum
(60,000 include others who contribute to the other forums here
and count for BSNL may drop to say active members 100!!)

@Admin Better lock the thread !

    Para three:
Assuming a common draft is agreed and a petition prepared,
how the thousands of BSNL Broadband users are going to sign it ?
And from this forum, say 100 members are prepared to sign
a paper petition, how it will be sent to each user to sign ?

ANY communication, if presented properly by any individual
to a Govt Organisation is never ignored, and considered
    on merits.
I hope you know the GOVT procedure of registering
a letter, circulate it in the Dept, open a file on the
subject, again circulate it from bottom level, and may be
finally to the Honorable Minister, for signature
    to approve the proposal/changes.
sometimes it is referred to LAW ministry for
opinion, and will get stuck there !

    Para two;
In "FREE Economy" survival of the fittest is the rule.
Take Soft drinks for instance. How two MNC brands dominate the
Indian Market, wiping out dozens of small companies.
Same way in Telecommunications, BSNL will also feel the
heat of the competition and improve.
Or go the way of AIR INDIA. fight for survival !

Because 1000 persons signed it, , the petition
does not carry any priority. ( example "FUP"
being gradually enforced even by BSNL .
Airtel has almost stopped NU or reduced the time block. )

This scheme is like the Polls conducted here
Sampling the opinion of 10 to 50 users and
say it represents the view of 5 million BB users!.
Neither the member who started the POLL or
other members go by the result !

Given our governments impeccable track record, petitions are essentially an exercise in futility.
