Thread: Bsnl broadband home 250 plan to 500c combo

Guys i wanna know can i change my bsnl broadband home 250 plan to 500c combo.For inquiry i just visited bsnl office but they told 500c combo is only for new customers (landline+broadband) and my current 250 home plan can not be converted to any combo plan.Is it true? plz.... tell me.

not true. you can even take business plan. you can change to any plan advertised by bsnl. there is no category like old or new customer. sometimes these bsnl guys talk things out of world try again or get some senior officer maybe he will listen to you.

Do not ask, just go there and get a BB plan change application form, from the counter.

left column of the form suggests your current BB plan-right side suggests your new plan.
fill them both and submit.

You can choose any plan you want. There is no restriction.
