i am using bsnl high speed internet connection using wireless land line(Hawai). recently i formatted my system. After that i am not at all able to use my connection. They are asking for profile name, user name, pasword, Dynamic connection settings,port address and all. I want to know from where i will be able to get these details. I called to the BSNL office (Cheriyanad,Alappuzha(Dist),Kerala ) many times but they are not responding.
