Of the two, you can search your orders either with your land line number i.e. std code without zero followed by hash followed by number or your service user ID then click on search order.

what is the service user ID?

is the "user name" provided or the portal ID

service user id is the user id you use in router/dialer

and

not the portal id you use it view your usage details.

In the Telephone number box enter your STD code without the first zero and the telephone number after "#" sign. Service id is your bsnl email address (example: abc@bsnl.in) and it's not required to plan status.
