Probably you are far away from the exchange.
Telephone line Ok for voice calls,
but BB signals are badly attenuated.
Call JTO on 23rd and ask for remedial action.
    or change the modem/router.

    Please drop "sir' here.

    uncheck Box Annexe M enabled.
    Uncheck SRA enabled.
Save Reboot .wait for two minutes.

    2.http://i47.tinypic.com/2m6abl0.png
seems snr has improved. above 10 db. D/L.
you should be at least 5 to 7 Km from the exchange .confirm.
But ATTN should reduce. less than 30 db acceptable.

    3. Feedback: on above.
    copy/paste this data ( No edit )
    In computer
    Start run type cmd Ok
    New window
    type ipconfig /all

    http://i19.tinypic.com/6kqygzt.jpg
    see these settings.

    Airtel
requires only about 2.6 MB/ for each test.
    or
    http://speedtest.gorge.net/speed/ mini test
    or
    http://speedtest.gorge.net/2mspeedtest.asp needs about 2 MB.
    or
speedtest.net will need about 15MB for each test.
