Has anyone tried the 2 Mbps Unlimited Plan ( ULF 2999) , are they imposing the FUP in reality ? Do let me know ... Thanks in advance

ya i checked but am getting diff opinions some say no such thing i have given application already for tat plan

u can check ...one says no such FUP another shows its thr but my frd using same plan n he say no such FUP

Surprising , you claim BSNL has an internal circular for effective date/s for tariff plans, which the public cannot access and apply.
Any way the date of implementation is not specified anywhere.
1st April 2009 which I quoted wrongly is
for the discount in usage above allowed quota for existing tariff plans.
and not available now.

Am I to be blamed if BSNL doesn't specify any date? I am not claiming anything, just applying COMMON SENSE.

It's surprising to you because you have a very bad memory.
Those circulars came around 26/27 september,2009 with immediate effect on the occasion of BSNL day i.e. 1St October,2009

In the context of the thread the whole arguement is useless because even if the plan exists it hardly matters to OP.His exchange is the one to say the last word if he will be provided that plan or not.
