Rep Power: 2 | Hi,I am using home combo unlimited plan (256kBps).I have heard that my max. downloading speed or uploading speed can be 32 kbps and cannot exceed this by this plan. But usually when I am downloading a movie using utorrent ,my combined upload+download speeds cross well over this mark. e.g.-- download speed-22-28kbps and up speed-20-25kbps at the same time. How is this possible |

Rep Power: 3 | Both upload and download are two different channels. They are not related. |
