My bb started from 18dec. I started using in the night from 19 dec and they have included my data usage from 18 dec to 24 dec till this date every usage was counted. But after 24 dec everything is going fine uptill now. In this month also everything is correct they are not charging for night hours. Only for 18dec to 24dec it was charged and the bill reaches to 5300/-

take a print out and show to A.O to exclude
night usage ( 0200-0800AM) if there is overlapping entries like
1300AM to 0400 AM say total 1000 MB you may get 200 MB usage reduced on average calculation. (1000/5 200 MB/hour)
Your free allowance is only approx 1200 MB
    ( for 18th dec to 31st Dec 2009)
From the summary data shown on top
( Chargeable units less NU ) you can deduct this usage.

Upload the screen shot of the usage page
( blanking your ID ) at tinypic.com and give
the link here as a jpg picture
    Example
    ://i23.tinypic.com qwe45ty. ( delete http)

Delete the files now. ( Your ID not blanked)
    Take a print out .
Check In "MY orders " when your tariff plan was provisioned.
All night usages between 0200AM and 0800AM will be ignored.
    Talk to the A.0.

    No.
STD code do not use 07762.
use 7762. ( for Raigarh) drop the zero.
if you use only 62 it is a different place!
By the way wuaht is your consumer number ? ( from telephone bill )\
is it 8 digit number ?

If you tried it 2 - 3 days before you will be charged according the old plan. Suppose you have 1.5 GB limit, then for 3 days your limit will be 150 MB.

    @deepak
Do not rush. Check Change of tariff in Portal.
Will show "future dated " or " provisioned "
If provisioned ONLY your plan change is effected.

    2. With Your 12 digit consumer number
can not access usage data ,
by a short cut method. ( 8 Digit numbers work )
    Check in BSNL Portal only.
