I too have UL 750. You can do video chatting, but streaming won't be continuous. Better upgrade to a 2 Mbps plan.

But won't 2mbps plan be very costly regarding its dl/up limits?

As I mentioned earlier, I am using video chat satisfactorily. But if you need high quality streaming you need to upgrade your plan. Home 500 C+ will give 2.5 GB limit which will be sufficient for domestic use.

Streaming video will dither because of buffering at 256 kbps. Video chat will be fine.

Instead of 2 mbps / limited usage plan, you can opt for the 512 kbps unlimited plan also.

It all depends on how much you wish to video chat and watch streaming video. 2.5 GB can be used up pretty quickly. So watch out.

I suggest that you continue on 256 kbps for a month or two. Note the usage and then decide on the plan.
