hi... i took bsnl bb home 750ul+ connection two weeks back... they hav given me the modem ZTE ZXDSL 831II.... at first week i got 28kbps speed for torrents n 30kbps for direct downloads... now i m getting 23kbps for torrents n 25 for direct downloads... hw to increase it?? should i call costumer care n place a complaint???
