I am a Dataone subscriber, with the 1GB limited download plan.

Discovered that BSNL sends out an email to broadbandUserID AT bsnl.in intimating the user that he/ she has exceeded the limit for the month and would be charged.

But the bsnl email is very in-frequently accessed (and so I was charged twice for excess usage)

Is there any other way of being fore - warned?

(freinds using "YOU-telecom" broadband, say they receive an SMS, when the download limit is approaching)
