Thread: New connection problem

Hi All,
I am from Bangalore and applied for a new broadband connection.
Also because I didn't had telephone so they asked me to apply for that too.
While applying for connection they gave me a number to check the status of connection.

Now they are saying they can't give me telephone connection.

Whom should I contact to get the connection ?
(its not that area is not having lines, its well connected area) ?

Can you please suggest me what should I do ?

Which part of bangalore do u live?, Check if services of railwire are available in your area.If they are available, no need for telephone connection.
