Default Pls help me configure netfox modem/router

I recently bought a netfox ADSL modem for my BSNL dataone connection. It is type 1 modem, connected with ethenet. I manually configured the modem but it is not working. When i called the bsnl people, they couldn't give me a proper answer. Pls help me configure it. I've attached the settings page for your reference.

    Sure,
First I had problem with saving the settings ('Save all' option is kept somewhere away the new connection form). From the screenshots of chennai telecom I saved it.

Next, the Internet Protocol settings of Local area connection was Obtain IP address automatically and DNS servers automatically. I changed it to

    IP address: 192.168.1.10
    Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
    Default gateway: 192.168.1.1

    Preferred DNS server: 218.248.240.208
    Alternate DNS server: 218.248.240.135

That's it, I got the connection back
