Rep Power: 2  |  Power failure? Hi,I am a bsnl bb user in punjab.For the last three days,I was not able to connect to the internet.When I called the local exchange,they said that there was a "power failure" of the server due to which the whole of my area was affected.Since I am a new user of bsnl broadband,I was wondering if these type of "power failures" are normal and I should get used to them? |

Rep Power: 5 |  Power failure for 3 days that seems to be strange. It is possible that there might be some technical break down in you exchange which might have resulted in this. |
