Thread: Power failure?

Hi,I am a bsnl bb user in punjab.For the last three days,I was not able to connect to the internet.When I called the local exchange,they said that there was a "power failure" of the server due to which the whole of my area was affected.Since I am a new user of bsnl broadband,I was wondering if these type of "power failures" are normal and I should get used to them?

Power failure for 3 days that seems to be strange. It is possible that there might be some technical break down in you exchange which might have resulted in this.

Talk with Senior Divisional Engineer and check.

this is rare case. 1 in 1000000000. never ever heard of this or even faced this.
