Thread: wifi and voip router simultaneously

freinds i have a beetel 450tc1 adsl2+router. i have bsnl broadband connection.i am able to connect to wifi with my laptop but not able to connect the lingo voip router simultaneously. i need to use either the voip or the wifi one at a time only........as wen i am connected to the internet, my voip is not working and i am not able to make calls on it...........and i need to restore my modem to default settings in order to get my voip calls.....and after doing so i cant use my wifi to connect to internet..................................cud somebody help me how to configure my modem in order to use my wifi and voip router simultaneously...........

PROBLEM

SUGGESTIONS
1.
In modem/router Enable DHCP
2.
In laptop
Start Network WLAN
properties
WLAN settings PAGE
tcp/ip
properties
Obtain IP address automatically.
Apply Save.
3.
If you are on Dialer Mode change to
ALWAYS ON mode and enter userID PW
in the modem wan page.

i have tried the suggestions given by u. but the voip is still not working.wa3002-g1 config is not working on my 450tc1 router.please suggest me some other way

1 &2.When VOIP working
& laptop working in LANmode
3. laptop in WIFI mode.
Procedure:
start run type cmd OK
New window
type ipconfig all
SETUP:
bsnlphone junction==adsl splitter rj11 beetel 450TCI
LAN1 === voip unit
LAN2 (or ENET of LINGO unit )==== laptop port ethernet for testing Internet connection.
( disconnect when in WIFI)
or disable in Network settings.

i dont have end ip address.i have enabled upnp.

1.You should not use Dialer mode.
2. Check picture given earlier and connect computer as shown..
instead of LAN 2 from bsnl router.
3. confirm you have manual or quick install guide for VOIP unit.
