Thread: getting a very low speed with 500 home plan

hi friends, i am using 500 home plan..but wen i am downloading using bittorrent, the download speed is only 50kB/s..is that wat i deserve for this plan re?..pls someone reply me..

1. Try port forwarding.

2. Use torrents with enough seeds.

3. Post your modem - model and make

4. Go to speedtest.net and post the forum link (Consumes around 15 MB)

i am using nokia siemens networks modem which i bought it a month ago re.. i dont know how exactly to find the port forward for this modem..the model is CZ-TJM-86-004...can u ls help me out with this..?..bsnl people are responding well..i tried complaining abt this many times..

1. Go to portforward.com and select the tutorial for your modem.

2. Use TCP/IP optimizer from speedguide.net

Do port forward and Half-open limit fix if you are on windows.....
