I am getting enormous internet bills, bcos am on the 500 combo plus plan which has a 2.5GB download limit. I spoke to an agent at the call center who MISINFORMED I can call anytime before the 1st of the next month and get the plan changed. SO I called for the plan change on the 31st of Oct 09 for the plan change, and the agent now tells me, sorry u have to give it in writing at the exchange, Oh wat crap! one more month of huge bills I got to wait for!!! Now this month I promply put the request in writing for the unlimited plan, and got an acknowledgement recipt for the same, stating that 1st dec the plan will change, Today is 1st of dec, and LO the plan change has not yet taken place. I call the call center 1500, MIND It this is the saddest place to call, the agents dont know wat they are talking. They place u on hold they are gone for ever, They reply to ur query in a statement and just hang up even before u open ur mouth to speak up. or even worse they pick the call and dont speak at all.. finally one agent managed to let me know they do it manually so i got to wait 2-3 days, and abruptly hung up. Oh Lord! which zamana are we living in.. If it is done manually they cud have done it on 21st of nov month itself.
This is the saddest service..
