Default Issue connecting Magic jack with BSNL broadband

    Dear all,

I have a BSNL broadband connection at my home. I am using my laptop to use magic jack. When I bought this magic jack in US , I tested it on the same laptop and it worked there, however when I came here it is not working and giving me the following error:

    No Network connection [error 9].

I followed up magic jack online chat support also. they were not able to fix the issue. I tried following things:
    - turn off the firewall
    - turn off the antivirus
    - installing hotspot shield (my internet connection is not working when I run the hotspot, I am not sure why)

Has anyone faced the similar issue?

    help will be hightly appreciated.

please let me know if you need any further details.

    Thanks,
    Vijay

Your Internet connection must be "Always On"not on Dialer Mode.
    2. Enable DHCP in modem
3.Give details of BSNL WiFi router being used.
    4.
    ipconfig /allcopy/Paste here (no edit)

    1. Your Internet connection must be "Always On"not on Dialer Mode.
[vijay] I am not sure what do you mean by that. I am using bsnl broadband through phone line and it get disconnected if some body call and we pick the phone.
    2. Enable DHCP in modem
[vijay] can you please send me steps to do that.
    3. Give details of BSNL WiFi router being used.
[vijay] ADSL 2/2+ USB & ETHERNET MODEM/ROUTER (COMPEX), it is not WiFi.
    4. ipconfig /allcopy/Paste here (no edit)
    [vijay] pasting below.
