Thread: PLs hel me .... about the plan change

actually in my 500 plan 2.5gb limit was over on 29th November ... on morning 30th of November i applied plan change from 500 to ul1350 .. after that when i check my order status on evening it showed u1350 was open so i planned to use broadband from 1dec and i used from 1st dec the whole day i used nearly 5gb since my speed is (256kbps-2mbps) when i check the order status it showed me that the order status for ul1350 is Future Date to 3dec


My Questions are
1.will they add my 5gb useage on 1dec to my previous months 500plans
2.in which plan am i now ,whether Decembers 500plan or previous months 500 plan
3.can i use broadband now

Your plan is changed when you see PROVISIONED on portal and is applicable from EFFECTIVE DATE mentioned on portal

so if you have used your net, before it was PROVISIONED and EFFECTIVE DATE, those usages will be charged as old plan usage.


3. Using of broadband has nothing to do with plan change.

now you will be charged for 5 GB as you was in old plan and hence you cant do anything.
